Lmtn, good potential. Use an under eye serum, dye your eyebrows and hair. And if possible hop on peptides/utilize Isotretinoin.

What colour would you recomend me to dye my hairs? Like full Black (also eyebrows) or just brown, also would you recomend a volufile For my eyebags? Or i should try for now sleep more or use serum?

2 shades darker than ur base
hair color, and 2 shades darker than ur newly dyed hair color for your eyebrows. Try to sleep 8 hours and use "Based" under eye serum if you can afford it.
Ur hair looks pretty good. A solid diet (colostrum, non pasteurized milk, grass fed beef, fruits, etc).

I would say try and work on your masseter muscles, you would also benefit a lot from reducing your nose size through softmax in this guide. low to mid htn potential
