I know that my eye area is easily my most subhuman trait but eye surgeries are massive risk of being uncanny. I am cosndiering a genioplasty and/or subementoplasty+chin liposuction since for some reason im super low BF but i still have shitty double chin genetics. I plan on looking more into retin-A when im less poorcel. I feel like im mid tier normie half the time, low tier other half

Genio for projection and height would do good. Also it would help your submental that's why genio>chin implant.

Also Dont fear scar because if you dont have hairloss It will not show .
If it show then you can blast away it with laser, topical iodine and microneedling anyway.
