Sub3 but i know a method to ascend to chad its facepulling but it will also make u taller like masai jumps and make ur maxilla wider and more forward like yodeling vibrations

Tie a rope around your neck tight but not too tight just enough so it does not slip off, then hang the other end on something sturdy and tie it, now get on a chair and jump, this will decompress your spine and uses gravity to make you taller which will signal maxillary growth.
