You look exactly how an Ashkenazi inbred looks.
The long philtrum and piggish flat wide nose is a give away. You look like Justin Bieber with extra chromosome basically.

It’s the piggy nose

You have some amount of monogloid blood so you cannot grow stache to cover up the long philtrum but you can get lip lift to cover it up
