M15 188cm 85 kilos. I got a high bf % and i havent taken amazing care of myself recently so i dont look my best. I have an overbite so i tend to jut all the time to not look even worse than i already do. I wanna know what my rating is, my potential and how to reach said potential through softmaxxes/hardmaxxes (last resort). Thx brah
