Its not over bro. Use minoxidil and get your eyebrows lower set and thicker. In your case I would recommend you actually get them very thick. Once they are quite voluminous you can experiment with dyeing them and grooming them. You can also use the slight positioning
positioning of them to make your eyes look more symmetrical. You also need to train obviously, like get a good physique but focus more on frame than anything. Try your hardest to get broad shoulders a wide back and thick traps. I would also heavily suggest you start training your neck. And I would urge you to train your neck relentlessly until it is quite wide. This will help contour you entire skull better. Your lips look good, you lower third bones look good, you nose isn't too bad. Try and get your teeth super white and make your sclera very white too. You need these changes to ascend your coloring. I feel like you would look good with a shorter haircut like a buzz with good line up, idk though. gl twin its not over ofng.

Look the chin to philtrum ratio can't be fixed by braces. If you have an underbite or over bite the only way to make it better is jaw surgery

Dont have an underbite, I have an overjet so my it make my mouth protrude giving the effect of a longer philtrum, thus skewing my chin to philtrum ratio. Its only a dental maloclussion not skeletal so it doesnt need any appliances to be fixed.
