since u 16 and look like 12 u might be a late bloomer so work on posture and tongue posture train ur neck and let ur hair grow since ur forhead is kinda big moisturise ur lips couse they have crazy potential idk if its just the lightning but it looks like u only have tan on ur forhead, put a good tan can asceand anybody ur eye erea is kinda cooked but if u could make ur lashes go upward it would help alot
