how lean are you?. You seem bloated. also you seem to be a little recessed, are you maintaining proper tongue posture? the rescession is making your lower facial third too small while your middle third is large.

Yeah, my face is kinda bloated. Maybe it's because I'm only sleeping 4–5 hours a night.
No, I'm not maintaining proper tongue posture. I'm kinda scared that it might push my front teeth forward.

oh wow man yeah the sleep is defo a big issue. the bloat could be for a variety of reasons. maybe high sodium consumption? you can follow some debloating routines online and see if any work.

the lack of sleep is making you look super old esp. with the undereye bags lthat should be your #1 concern.

as for tounge posture, as long as your tounge is only sitting on your palate, withe the tip of your tounge behind the front teeth, you wont push your teeth forwards.

Thanks a lot bro! The ball is rolling now - I'll try to get rid of the bloat as fast as possible. I've been neglecting sleep because of studies, and here are the consequences. And yeah i consume salty stuff, so I'll try to kick that habit.
I also drink a ton of milk - could that be negatively affecting me? Is there anything else I should avoid?
