I am a Vietnamese dude (100%) and I have been working out since July 2025 (inconsistent).
In the first days of working out I can barely do any push ups but now my pr is 40 push ups consecutively.
I have bought 10kg Dumbbells since august to lift but now I am considering going to the gym in the summer break.
What can I do now to ascend? (181 cm tall, 69 kg, 16 years old). Which muscle groups should I work on more?
Should I cut or bulk?
Should I take creatine?
(yes I skip legs)

You need to be consistent when it comes to going to the gym. Supplements will not make up for missed training sessions. Skipping legs will give you an unequal physique. Do you want that? Take creatine, it's one of the most (if not the most) researched supplement there is. Work on your traps, shoulders, and abs.

I'll leave the cutting and bulking to someone else to advise you.

i'll consider taking creatine. do you have any good ones?
 
Why consider it? It's not even a steroid? Creatine Monohydrate.
