Actually rate me and give me tips I don’t have access to surgery or peptides but once i get a job or when I can legally do it I am open to it. Also I would like to keep the hair over my forehead but cutting it shorter also is something I would consider if you have any recommendations.

Shiii, Shiii, I know this is cliché, but neck curls on a bench or bed and chin tucks saved mine. But you have to stick with it for a couple of months; it’s not an immediate thing.

Bonesmashing will do little to nothing. It will make your skin thicker, so you may see results if you want to hit yourself by all means. But yes, chewing gum and chewing food with your front teeth rather than your molars can grow your masseters a reasonable amount.
