Not sure what you can really do right now tbh. I’d say you’re lhtn to mhtn for now. Acne treatment could help your face a bit like Accutane since there was some acne in one of the pics but that’s a medical thing. The main thing holding you back right now is bone structure and that’s not really something you can control. Since you’re still young there’s a good chance your bones and face can keep developing because growth doesn’t fully finish until later teens or even early 20s. I don’t know how much you weigh but eating at maintenance or a small surplus can help support growth and hormones. Other than that there’s not much else you can do naturally right now it’s mostly just time.I want to improve facially searching for advice i am 188cm Tall at 16

Yeah it takes a while tbh. Accutane is like a 5 to 6 month thing for full results. They usually start you on a low dose because it messes with oil glands and your body needs time to adjust. If you go too high too fast you just get more side effects. Most people break out more in the first month or two which sucks but that’s normal. Around month 3 you actually start seeing it clear up once oil production drops. To get it you gotta see a derm and usually prove other acne stuff didn’t work. It’s slow but it actually fixes the problem long term.I thought about accutane before how long would this process be
