He can reach HMTN without surgery realistically. But I don’t think he’ll be HTN without BiMax and maybe a tiny bit of fat grafting

But I can’t stress enough… HIS SIDE ISNT HIS BIGGEST MAJOR ISSUE. his malar region. Which he can likely get a BiMax for. Would fix his lips and lower third oddness.

Zygo filler on the sides (light) BiMax covered by insurance, and fat grafting around infraorbital area. $5000 max if he gets BiMax covered by insurance, and judging by his malar region he can.
