Mtn. Haircut is questionable. Get a better cut. You have a pencil neck, work out your neck area. Upper eyelid exposure and eyebrows are high set. Your lower third is underdeveloped. You’re still young and going through puberty so these are normal. you could improve these relatively easily naturally with proper nutrition and habits. You can take test or some other enhancing stuff if there’s really no results (but I doubt you need it). Be careful though with that.
