being so honest you have zero clue WHAT your face looks like you're bloated and full of face fat so lose it all and thats your real rating this isnt a good post at your stage

also dont be a retard grey who copes with a caloric deficit for fast result id just use a caloric deficit and reta + more protein to maintain lean musclemass

Hltn is average but id say ur lmtn. You have a lot of potential just look bloated tbh u could probably end up lhtn if u lost face fat
