Im 5’ 8”, looking to get some procedures done to face this December. I’m thinking of getting the hunter eyes, chin and jaw in that order. Do you guys think there could be any other things I need to focus. Also curious where do I stand currently in terms of ratings (1-10)

Yes started it since it last week ,
Decreased my calories by 200
Upper my water intake and started swimming for cardio. Hopefully that be enough

Yes, In Canada
I can tell you you would be completly invisble to any woman in Germany due to your Pheno.
Rating for the west I would say 2-3 / 10.

Grow your hair out a bit longer, wear lifts, and if get to loose fat if you already aren't. Reduce your sodium intake and conversely increase your potassium consumption, you look extremely bloated. Gl!

Try growing a stubble, make sure you don't line up your neck too high. Invest in an electric shaver if you don't have one already to trim facial hair down to a short length.

Start taking care of your hair; looks like you have a natural wave which you can put to good use. I'd suggest growing out your hair and stop having the sides so tight/short as it affects your front profile and gives the illusion of a longer/bigger head. Maybe try going to a hair salon rather than a barbershop. Having your hair slightly longer also gives more wave potential as your hair has the length for movement to occur.

Try a different hairstyle too - I think perhaps a slick back would complement your face shape, and also give you a more confident appearance and impression. I suggest having the sides and back maybe 2.5 to 3 inches and the top 4-5 inches, and make sure that texture is added by having your hairdresser cut sections of the hair diagonally.

Take advantage of sea salt spray to amplify the natural wave you have (you can make this at home), use leave-in conditioner to help hydrate your hair as it looks quite brittle and damaged - hydration also gives your hair more movement.

To grow healthier hair, avoid aggressive towel drying and avoid frequent shampooing as it strips the natural oils from your hair and makes it dry and hard to style. You could either lightly scrunch your hair with a microfiber towel and then let the rest of your hair air dry, or you could invest in a blow dryer and use a diffuser, which minimises heat damage. Use conditioner if you don't.

You could try the routine below, but beware that your hair is prone to getting greasy from the start, maybe you could try shampooing every other day and eventually adjust to this:
S - Conditioner wash
M - Water only
T - Conditioner wash
W - Water only
T - Conditioner wash
F - Water only
S - Shampoo + Conditioner

Focus on your diet, work out and stop consuming so many added sugars, this will help you lose facial fat too.

Your skin looks decent, you could perhaps invest in a moisturiser/night cream if you think your skin is a contingency to reaching your full potential.

The only short-term improvements you can make are to get rid of that eyebrow slit and ear piercing.

Thank you! For very detailed instructions man , I think I’m gonna first grow out my hair, drop weight. For my procedure I am thinking that my eyes have a droopy effect so I am thini of getting a hunter eye surgery in Turkey and if needed maybe a chin and jaw fillers for stronger profile.

Again appreciate the feedback man! I know that I have something wrong with my face but just can figure it out and I truly appreciate the honest

You can't get hunter eyes. It's genetic. You can maybe fraud by squintmaxxing

You're fat. Start by losing weight before taking any kind of surgery. It should take you at least 6 months to get to acceptable bodyfat level given your current base.

How much money do you have to burn to say this?
Enough, I have saved up for few years

I’m at 17% right now , it’s just my face that is bloated as hell for some reason. I’m gonna try increasing my water intake and potassium intake and see if that’s gonna help

No you're not 17% bodyfat. Look at your fucking submental, you're one burger away from having a double chin.

I don't know where the fuck you got that number (90% of people can't properly evaluate bodyfat anyway) but you're way above, pal.

You don't lift so you lost weight but now got that disgusting skinnyfat bodycomp. Get in the gym.

Exactly I am in the gym and I do lift I got the reading from the trainer it self , my overall body is good , two issues I am working on right now is posture ( I fucked up my left shoulder ) , and doing more cardio.

Gonna have to drop your calories by a lot more than 200
Try a 600 cal deficit

Lose weight. You won't be Chadpreet but you could have a decent face underneath the fat. Who knows?
