Nice progress. imo hltn. mouth width to nose width ratio is bad, lips are too thin, nose to wide, long Philtrum and lower third could be better. Eyes are good but grow ur Eyebrows more together

Lips are not that much thin, they seem on the photo because of lighting, and philtrum seems to be long cuz of angle photo. Overall my wide nose sucks, need wider lips and shrink wide nose, lower third started growing like almost 1 month ago i saw first results, and ig thats all i need and i am able to change

Okay good luck man. Also ur mandible looks quite recessed or no chin projection. May be orthodontic issue

Mandible looks fine, chin lacks more projectionn and square chin projection would sit insane imo. Anyways gl to you tho and ty for ur opinion and advice. Take care
