I didn’t filter it I just used Remini because the original quality was low. Just tried raising the resolution as a result of which it turned out looking uncanny. The first, however, is totally unfiltered and completely legit. What percentile are both my and my brother though relative to South Asians?

Sometimes Remini messes up the background if the image is really blurry to begin with.

HTN if we apply South Asian standards to you imo, but ofc due to fair skin and good height (For a South Asian) you could basically be an IRL Chadlite in India, especially among the darker parts IMO

Short skull hardcaps him tbh. It's difficult to fix. It does not look like SFS either. Just a high bizygo width and/or just low hairline to chin distance.

ur 75% for ur race and ur brother is like 85% (high averageness and good features). u could be 95%-98% with jaw surgery to fix ur short face syndrome (i almost never reccomend jaw surgery but u really do have sfs). u look fine tho, can easily get a gf and live normally. slaying is another story

But from these pictures I think I see a typical south asian/southeast asian problem - average or above average mandible and maxilla mass, but not a lot of forward growth.

Your brother has noticably longer midface (alone it can be bad, but it also gives you potential to have a more "diamond" shaped face) and higher hairline (high, but not too high, hairline is masculine, but it can be a problem if one experiences balding)

In both cases- cuck eyes, but not an extremely bad case of them

Also age, height?

For looksmaxxing: gym - gain muscle then cut

Try to get hollow cheeks using the method developed by @Meekspill. He's also south asian so it may work in your case.

Depending on your age, other things can be done, but I don't know it.
