Sorry but your lower third cucks you so hard. Your upper third isn't that bad and judging by your side profile you aren't giga recessed. But your jaw is giga narrow and your chin is somewhat short. It's almost subhuman tier but the rest of your features and colouring carry you into being a solid LTN.

Chewing is sort of cope but it's worth a shot if it's all you can do. Consider cosmetic procedures like fillers, implants, genio plasty, might need a combination of the last two. Chin wing osteotomies also exist which can widen the jaw.
