- full lips
- straight brows
- short philtrum
- good zygos

bad:
- wide nose
- a lot of uue
- flared nostrils/nose wide at the base
- ramus is possibly too short
- chin could be wider

- Palate expansion

To fix inward gonions here are options
1. Mandibular angle implants
2. Lateral Mandibular Osteotomy
3. Distraction Osteogenesis

Implants in chin could also help with appeal
