I personally think, you can ascend by

1) Masseter botox
2) Midface cheek filler (not zygos, those you have protruding enough)
3) Slimming in general
4) Maybe touch-up filler on the jaw, depending on what botox reveals

Also you should probably post your profile. Maybe you have failos there.

Eyes are unfixable, and prevent you from getting 7+/10.

But rn you are very average. 5/10. Can get the girls. Do not yet.
You just have a round face, which needs slimming with botox/weight loss.
