19M, 6 ft, 125
PLEASE READ. I KNOW IM WRITING A WHOLE BOOK BUT I REALLY WANT ADVICE. First of all i want to know if i look 125 LBS at 6 foot. Some people dont even believe and say i look 140-145 when i say that but others say i look around 130. Anyways for softmaxing i know my acne is bad so im working on that by changing my diet and getting more water in. i know my nose is fat (Ive researched and i guess rhinoplasty is the only option) But I want to know what other flaws stand out and what ways i can fix them by softmaxing. For hard maxes im going to start pinning trt, HCG, and IGF1, LR3. I’ve been working out since 13 (6 years) And my max bench ever was 190 at about 5’10 or 5’11 3 years ago. The past 2 years ive been inconsistent, but maintained my physique besides being a tad bit skinner and a little weaker. I worked out and maxed on bench for months at the same weight but couldnt get past 190Im probably at about 160 or 170 now but i want to know if i should fully max my potential and get back close to that bench (im a little taller at the same weight so i may max at 180 or somewhere around there. I am planning on getting bloodwork done and making sure i get the nutrients and macros in that i need. So should i fully max out my strength before pinning or am i fine to start given that i’m close to it and have been in the gym for a long time and have spent at least 3 years in a row consistently doing it. NOTE i plan on starting pinning in a month or two so i’ll have time to hit the gym and get stronger and bigger anyway. I plan on getting at least somewhere between 3k-5k calories in a day depending on how busy i am with work. Ive bulked for weeks in a row hitting 4k-5k calories and gotten up to 135 LBS (In the morning in my underwear right after i wake up) but i will go out and drink with my friends and in 2 or 3 days of eating like 1000-1500 calories i will lose like 7 lbs
