My skin will be soon clear. Nose is not from birth, it is broken but needs to be set back by a professional , will be doing fixation on that soon. Lose double chin you mean fatloss and maybe hyoid lifting (?)?

your hyoid isnt the issue, you need more forward growth to have a stronger jawline and just general fat loss to lose slight double chin on the side profile photo.

orthodontic work, proper breathing posture, proper chewing and swallowing. search through the forum for best methods.
