Biggest flaws are ur IPD/ESR and canthal tilt and recceesd chin
Solution for the canthal tilt:
No softmax for this ur gonna have to get lateral canthoplasty

the growth plates look near closing if not then u can increase igf-1 for more chin projection by healthmaxing or inject
-genioplasty
-chin implant
-filler

Solutions for the IPD/ESR:
No softmax for these also
U could fix IPD and ESR with orbital box osteotomy
U could fix (ESR only) by widening the bizygomatic width with zygomatic osteotomy or zygo implants
