Mexican and abysmal IPD (close set eyes), nose is noticeably asymmetrical and bulbous, chin is short and weak making the lips look puckered and prominent, eye fatpads are average but would benefit from being fuller to smoothen out the eye area. Your only strengths are your wide cheek bones, full brows, eye shape, and hair texture?

LTN, I don't see any potential.

OBO + Bimax and if bimax doesn't give good nose support then rhinoplasty
 
Or just skate nichemaxx you have the pheno.

No user on here is going to get OBO. It's a risky surgery usually only preformed on children with severe deformities, the one or two adult cases you can find of it are also heavily deformed. Bimax alone won't do much for chin projection unless you change the shape of the chin itself which can be done through trimax though more preferably genioplasty alone if there are no bite problems present.

Rhinoplasties only really ascend HTN's-Chads who are looksminned by a bad nose. Fixing OP's nose will likely leave him 100% invisible.

You lack angularity, no amount of weight loss will help. You need Jaw angle implants/fillers
For the chin only implants or genioplasty.

Don’t consider a nose job before fixing your narrow jaw

You need to train your neck to get at least 16” circumference.

Your close set eyes nothing you can do about it, just focus on your #1 worst feature which is your jaw.

Then enhance your under eye support with cheek implants or fillers, but implants provide a superior result is not even close.

Nothing… whatever you do other than surgery will have close to no impact.

Well maybe wear shoe lifts and train neck, that will at least make you more masculine. Right now you look easy to choke and beat to the ground with a punch. Try to look scary, muscular and taller. Maybe get some MS13 tatttos or something

these are very Bad Pics 🤣 also I do boxing since a year and im going to the gym for a few years im just doing softmaxxes aint gonna do hardmaxxes but im getting my narrow jaw fixed by an Palate Expander from by orthodontist

Chopped.

Midface too long. Eyes too close set. Multiple asymmetries present across the face. Weak jaw. Bad maxilla. Unaesthetic nose. You need a lot of hardmaxxing.

Eye shape and brows are decent, so not all hope is lost.
