thank you bro i was thinking about getting an mse for more zygomatic growth and i would like a little bit more of bone mass in my face idk what else do i need, can u give me some tips for that im generaly new to thisgrow hair out, especially sides. just let it grow naturally. ty brother so u think the only way to maximise my current looks now is to take test grow out hair and do some skincare. Skincare is kinda cope tbh. I’m not some religious primal diet believer, but I just eat animal foods only. no vegetables and barely any fruit since it’s not summer. I use nothing on my skin at all, just occasionally water, and my skin is better than it ever was. I’m literally on steroids and my skin is still better than when I wasn’t and doing all that skincare shit. Also barely eat carbs besides raw dairy and my energy is better/more consistent and no gym problems at all personally. Your eye area will imrove as you get better nutrtion and sleep. You can't really do much to change it besides brows and lashes which yours are already good. But my eye area did change for better when i started beingm ore healthy etc. like skin sat tighter and was brighter. You already have good bones good health will just show them off well. i eat only eggs chicken meat, red meat, fish protein powder bananas and some peanut butter in shakes i dont have any cheat meals. Can u give me some tips for my diet. Cut out protein powder, you should already be getting enough and most of it is just terrible products with bad ingredients and a waste product anyway. This is just my experience but I’d cut out most carbs and fruit and see how you feel after a few weeks. Many would disagree but it usually just eliminates bad foods and chemicals. For me it gives consistent energy with no crashes and helps absorb more vitamin C since carbs compete with it. No need to artificially gain weight with peanut butter shakes or whatever, that probably just makes things worse. When eating a diet of whole animal foods, eating raw when you can and actually enjoy it is best. Also focus on finding high-quality products. For example, I don’t eat all my meat raw but I do eat a lot of raw dairy, raw eggs if they’re organic, and some fish raw. Other stuff I just eat cooked. Make sure to eat plenty of animal fat, it’s not bad, it’s good for you and becomes your main energy source if you don’t eat carbs. Throughout the day I only eat meat, dairy, eggs, seafood, and fat (like butter, bone marrow, cheese), and sometimes fruit if I feel like it but not often. I eat raw when I can and find it enjoyable. While many would completely disagree, for me this has made everything better, slightly better body development (I’m 17, so possible), perfect skin (even after starting steroids, except for my back), more color and brightness in my face, and consistent energy. My body looks great, I never have to count calories, I just eat until satisfied and I’m good. You can eat more if you’re bulking of course, but I’d still avoid things like peanut butter shakes. You shouldn’t have any problems with protein or micronutrients eating this way.i

Well it can help with muscle growth but I honestly would do test first because it works better and is less complicated. Not everything is known about igf-lr3 and you can only cycle it shortly. You will be infertile only on it. You can just take hcg and get it back. really not a big deal. I can make a cycle for you if you list your goals but im not a professional.
