i am a fatcel, weighing around 245 pounds/110kg, with a body fat percentage of 39%.
I know that i have to lose weight in order to looksmax and maybe use minoxidil for my receding hairline. But what else besides these two things can i do to looksmax for best results and how would you rate my current state, facewise?
