Yeah, that is about what you can do as of now. Get a more classy haircut (grow ur sides etc), right now it looks like a ghetto broccoli haircut, it's going to give you a big + point.

As for skin, just take care of hygiene and diet. Changing pillow cases frequently was a big game changer for me.

Just unprocessed foods, mostly animal produce. Also cut out toxic plants like broccoli, kale, soy and all that shit.
