Honestly just let hair grow out a lil bit on the side so you head dont look so long it can also be lense distortion get a better pic form 6ft

Losing weight is the worst shit u could do, i was 5’6 at 13 and starved myself. Im 15 and 6’0 now. If i havent tried losing weight i would be much taller. Also you cant debloat when theres still “baby fat” deposits and a high bf%
