Abt the bonesmashing i started it like 2 days ago already seeing improvements but it s just swelling.The roids when im at 18 can t really buy them now my parents will find out.

Hide em lol and yeah its swelling. Dont bonesmash unless on roids cuz its lowkey useless

I would hide them if i had money to buy them.
So it s useless to bonesmash without then what can i do to grow my zygos i will get an mrpe i think that would help.

Marpe treatment is 10k us dollars bro if u think roids are expensive idk about this one. Also like my messages to boost my rep a bit thanks. Its not like bonesmashing now will give u 0 results but it wont be as good as on roids

It s not that much in my country it s actually a pretty good price i will keep bonesmashing and hoping for the best.

Mltn or hltn. Long face structure so fraud using hair to trick into looking more neutral & normal shaped. Work the neck and traps. Maybe also try increase the contrast by getting a thicker eyebrow. Other than that I don't have any idea
