I wanna make a change and I need your guys help.

Current plans:
Leanmaxx (I’m fat)
Skincare
Haircut (my hair is too thin for this haircut)
heightmaxx (current 183cm)
Eyebrows (they are asymmetrical)

Be 100% honest and please give me a rating at the end on a scale of one to ten.
