Nose is Big, rhino. Long midface. short lower third. Can see ntc even if you are frauding. Bad gonial angle and short ramus. Looks like hairline is recceding and hair is ugly. Ltn

Hyoid looks cooked but can be fixed. You have some potential but if you get surgery get a rhino. It Will help your side alot
