Looks way higher. Mine were -3 before I got contacts. Anyways; get contacts, lose a LOT of weight (you are closer to 35% than 25% bf), get in the gym. Shave. New haircut. Moisturise your lips for gods sake. After that you should be MTN

3/10, second rule of looksmax is to leanmax to at least 15% bodyfat. You look close to 30%, so that's about 30 pounds to lose.

Whatever is below LTN. Lose weight, Wear contacts instead of glasses, shave the pubes on your face, fix the shape of your eyebrows, wash your hair and get a haircut. Then post again and reassess.
