My hair is blonde so idk how that’ll look lmao and it would honestly take me a while to grow a full beard but I have been going to the gym for a while now. Prob around 8 months where I’ve gone from 250lbs to 175lbs. Used reta to help when I got to 190ish and I’m taking tesamorelin soon along with it to try and make my physique look better

Get a palate expander to help FWHR, i personally am getting mine from bracesshop.com, lmk if you want details
Fix your skin
Grow out and dye your hair darker,
Grow out your eyelashes
Your neck is thin asf, but thats okay cuz you can hit the gym and get a thicker neck
You have really thin lips so try to smile more or use volufiline to MAYBE get some thicker lips

I'm 5'8 bro, and I'm telling you, youre already more genetically blessed than most.

The problem is I can’t really get a palate cause I have Invisalign right now so I would have to fully restart everything and I don’t got the money for that but fixing my skin do you think accutane would do it? If not, what would? And I was doing stuff for my eyebrows called “obagi” so I’ll start using that again along with my eyelashes. And my lips I’m just gonna live with that lol

I thought a palate was wayyy more because u gotta go to the orthodontist and get that shit in u. I’m ngl I am trying to eat as good as I can but idk how it’s gonna be for me this summer because ima be barely working and just getting hammered with friends often
