• Dye your eyebrows and eyelashes jet black and curl them (try diluting the dye and slowly increasing the amount so it’s a gradual change for you and your family).
• Texture your hair or grow it out.
• Consider isotretinoin for your skin (and possibly your nose).
• Adopt a proper skincare routine.
• Your face looks a bit uneven, so try to find the underlying cause (e.g. posture, walking imbalance, or sleep patterns).
• It’s a bit unfortunate that your IPD is slightly close-set, and that’s not really fixable without extreme measures.

Take topical minoxidil but orally, 2 drops a day should suffice. This will ascend your eyebrows and eyelashes.

Hydrocortisone or betamethasone (way waaay stronger than hydro, beware) to thin out the skin of your nose so it looks smaller.

Dutasteride or finasteride YESTERDAY because you look like you might be starting to bald, if you're not balding then instead do your hair in such a way that it doesn't look like you're balding.

Lastly lean out and do either fat dissolvers or ultrasound cavitation on your face (see guides for UC, kind of dangerous) for angularity.
