Those are great natural levels. I wouldn´t hop on gear if I were you. You would nuke natural production and be dependent on trt essentially forever. Do you know your free testosterone also?

I didnt get my free test, just my total test levels. I was hoping to get my free testosterone but i think i need to get a seperate test for that.

Should be fine, im pretty happy with 850 test especially because i naturally look feminine and had reasons to belive it was low, i tested straight after doing opiods for 3 months and nuking it even more.

Masculinization will come naturally i guess.
