Im trying to debloat so tips about it would be appreciated and advices in general

your side profile isnt that bad but i can barely see what you look like in those other photos the lighting is horrible but id say you have a hltn side profile but thats without trying so a little effort could easily bump that to mtn maybe even mmtn for your side profile at least bur for your face i couldn't really tell take photos in better lighting so just going off what i see in those photos you front is mltn-hltn but if you get in the gym, do cardio, hit the sauna i think you could be mtn to mmtn honestly

Can i have some advice on it and what i should generally do?
I dont really know much bout it, and I think It would be better to look for a good post on here or somewhere else on the Internet, there is a lot of stuff and recomendations. all i know is focus on regular hydration (limit fizzy drinks, alcohol, and caffeine), cut back on salty, processed foods, as sodium causes water retention, and get a nice sleep regime. Its better to find out the rest from people who know what theyre talking about
