I don't think there's much "looksmaxxing" left. You've already done most of what you can achieve with softmaxxing by gymmaxxing / leanmaxxing. Surgery wise I don't see any particular falios you can easily fix either.

inverted triangle, its a good face shape to have when young but you lack robustness, your skull is too feminine, btw i forgot to say, maybe a blowout taper would be the best haircut to get if you get a perm, it frauds forward growth since it makes your skull look longer

nope, you lack zygos, at your weight and bodyfat percentage you should have an ogee curve and hollow cheeks if you had good/prominent zygos, i have a diamond face shape and even at 20% bodyfat when i bulk up i have an ogee curve

Its not that your zygos are prominent, but your lower third is too small, its a thing of proportions, here are some examples of good zygos, see how they stick out? to have good zygos your face has to be wide
