your nose looks very inflamed, if i were you try hopping on tretenoin as that will shrink the pores on your nose slimming it down a little not much though. Try eating more as you don’t look like a heavy person

You will change we all will ascend you just gotta fix yo nose chin and eyebrows.Eyebrows are the easiest, nose is mid, chin/jaw is gonna be really hard to fix due to being asymmetrical and recessed

I also have a small mouth. Is there any point in getting a jaw expander? In theory, after expanding the lower jaw, the nose should also increase in width — is that really the case?
