Trim the lighter hair near your sideburns and eyebrows, google proper eyebrow grooming, fix your dry lips. You have soft puffy cheeks but you look quite young so I wouldnt worry about that for a while, when youre older a beard would suit you well, it would widen your lower third and masc that high gonial angle. In your currant side Pic you have poor hear posture, neck should be more upright and not leaning forwards. Also take pictures near a window with natural lighting.
