Rate me be brutal i need to know everything i need before i do surgery

i’ve been thinking of doing surgery for a fucking while i’ve been researching it for a while and i know my major issues like and obvious ones but i genuinely want to know EVERYTHING that’s recessed and yes i am getting a rhinoplasty and autoplasty if that wasn’t obvious.
