while you're still developing if you rest your lips further out from your teeth so there's a bit of air between them they will grow in to be fuller. It worked for me and now I don't look as retarded, and no there's no air behind my lips now like there was when I was doing it. It doesn't fuck up your teeth either, before you bring that up.
