Implants or fat grafting maybe. (Fat grafting won’t change the bones ofc, but you also have terrible under eye fat pads just like me, which gives us wrinkles and dark circles.)

But with ice I think we can change it

I just don’t care about it. I have a huge forehead which fucks me up even more so this is the least of my worries. Also your philtrum is more of an issue. Undereye dark circles aren’t that bad and won’t prevent you from slaying
