I think I'm a normal MTN after doing some analysis what tier can I reach without surgery and with surgery ( either way rhino is going to be done at 18 )

bro your eye area is tuff. just lose as much weight as possible and try to shrink your nose size. grow ur hair out as much as possible too

I did a bit of bone smashing around the chin area to fix my round chin, fixed my uneven eyebrows, used niacinamide + vitamin C to help with my "dark" under eyes
used a bit of hydrocortisone to fix my bulbous nose but I don't think it worked that much tho
lost about 5-8kg not sure how much
pretty sure that's it but I need help to ascend more
