Ur MTN but still have buccal fat, i think it makes your eyes look small (idk if it`s caused by puberty or high bf%, probably both, you can compare your phisique with bf% photos from internet to find out). Probably yes, MTN rating is correct, you need some time to ascend cuz puberty hits hard and hormones can make you look worse, also don`t forget about skin care and 10% bf leanmax is optimal

Hard to say, MTN on .org almost always means ur slightly above average. Handsome is above above average, but you have space to grow
