This is me before getting Covid, now i look still the same but much paler and with my skin is shit

Looking for advice on how to get the colouring back, i'm currently taking 40 mg of beta carotene daily with no effect whatsoever.

Yep im aware of it, ive done prp treatment in the last month and it has improved my hair density

Im in my late twenties, i really look like a vampire and being so pale doesnt suite me at all...

Are there any side effects to mt2 and is it permanent wih a natural effect or will it look artificial/uncanny ?
