Because some friends i personnally know tried it. But even them don’t know exactly how the outcome will be. The main concern is assymetry. The best area to bone smash is zygos for it responds the best. And anecdotically i got another friend who got beaten up and eventho it was swelling, it lasted 3 weeks and he went from 0 zygos to absolutely giga chad poping zygos that mogged any surgery result. There is so much to discover in those areas.

Yeah I had a fight when I was young and got smashed in the left zygos bone HARD and I came back so much better from that cheekbone stand-point once it healed over time.
