tbh i dont think you need surgeries you are already tall just wear some height boosters and slay milfs with that archetype

Yeah when I mention surgery hair transplant is my priority. My hairline is lowkey cooked and hairs quality pretty mid
I’m running oral min ky19382 and ru right now. If the stack isn’t hitting I’ll just throw in dut.
I got midface and jaw implants lined up for next year and I might do something for my eyes too. My facial harmony is just not there right now
