your frame is great and the gym could help it a lot, also since youre 5'9, use 3 inch (or 4 if you wanna play it safe) elevator shoes/lifts to make yourself 6'/6'1 so both the frame and height mog.

also, start squinting since your eyes look like that of a child, and stop doing ducklips, even if it means forcing them shut
