should I whitemax?

Perhaps. But I'd much rather recommend laser surgery for eye color change (blue or green you choose). May seem extreme but shiny eyes look helluva well with dark skinned ppl. Also rhino to thin out your nose.
Facial bone structure is good altogether.

Your skin is fine. having more prominent high cheek bones would make you look alot better. But again your face isn't bad. Light eye colour would be a great halo for you.

Your main flaw is your lips, they are a little to wide. While nothing on your face is bad you lack any halos which would make you really GL. But I would say you are very GL compared to your competition.
