A stubble is normally advisable for most guys yes. Girls have made it clear I'm better looking with one (likely as it acts masculinity to a 'pretty' face). I think you would benefit to a similar degree.

yeah try experimenting with facial hair and maybe try a different hairstyle also (not a hair expert so not sure what style would be ideal for your face)

also try to do something for your eyebrows to give them more volume,they look a bit sparse
